Artistik Salon will be offering free haircuts all day with a donation to Autism Speaks.

Appointments are highly recommended but walk ins will be accepted if there is space. Call

Artistik Salon is a unique salon offering services to everyone, including children and adults with special needs.

One final reminder before we close for Spring Break: 

all Waiver paperwork is due on Monday morning as usual. 

 

Paperwork will be collected from the drop box outside the Center as usual,

as well as by fax and email.

 

Please don't risk a delay in pay--paperwork not turned in on Monday

will be processed for the April 19th pay day. 

 

Don't go a month without a paycheck--get it in on time!

Spring Break Scheduled Activities

During our closing for Spring Break the Group Home clients will be enjoying a week of activities in the community as shown below.  If you or your client(s) are interested in participating in these events please contact Elaine at the Group Home.  Group rates have been negotiated for discounts on admission so it is important that you are included in the final headcount.  Group transportation will be provided.  Remember your documentation during these outings and remember to be safe and have fun.

Payroll Changes Over Spring Break--Don't Be Late!

Just a reminder that due to the shift in pay days during Spring Break, it will be important that all paperwork is received on time over the break. Be advised that since the office will be closed during Spring Break, Angela and Darrell will not be available to make exceptions for late paperwork. It all must be on time--no exceptions. Although pay days will shift according to the schedule published below, deadlines for Waiver paperwork will remain the same. Please don't risk having your pay bumped to the end of April--get your paperwork in on time at all costs.

DO NOT DROP PAPERWORK AT THE SHOPPE IN BRYANT DURING SPRING BREAK!

Pay days in March will be:

March 8th
March 15th

Notice these pay days are only one week apart. Providing all regular deadlines are met and paperwork is correct, you will receive two week's pay on March 8th and one week's pay on March 15th. 

Pay days in April will be:

April 5th
April 19th

Notice that this means there will be three weeks between the March 15th pay day and the April 5th pay day. You will need to plan ahead for this. Providing all deadlines are met and paperwork is correct, you will receive three week's pay on April 5th and then return to the normal two week's pay on April 19th.

The Waiver box for paperwork near the front door to the Center will still be emptied on our normal schedule (10 a.m. every Monday) to keep the box from getting full over the break. Group Home paperwork will still be due to Elaine by 9 a.m. on Monday and will be collected promptly over the break. This means all paperwork during the break needs to be on time in order to be eligible for the April 5th pay day. Paperwork received late during Spring Break will be bumped to the April 19th pay day. Please don't risk going a month without pay! Be on time and be accurate!
