Just a reminder that due to the shift in pay days during our holiday closing, it will be important that all paperwork is received on time during the next few weeks. Although pay days will shift according to the schedule we have already published below, deadlines for Waiver paperwork will remain the same. Please don't risk having your pay bumped to the end of January--get your paperwork in on time at all costs over the next few weeks.
Paperwork received late next week will be bumped to the January 11th pay day.
Paperwork received late the week after will be bumped to the January 25th pay day.
Errors on paperwork will also cause pay to be delayed until they are corrected.
Be advised that since the office will be closed during Christmas week, Angela and Darrell will not be available to make exceptions for late paperwork. It all must be on time--no exceptions.
DO NOT DROP PAPERWORK AT THE SHOPPE IN BRYANT DURING CHRISTMAS WEEK!
Pay days in December will be:
December 14th
December 21st
Notice these pay days are only one week apart. Providing all regular deadlines are met and paperwork is correct, you will receive two week's pay on December 14th and one week's pay on December 21st. The December 21st pay day will be the last pay day of the year so it will be especially important that all paperwork is correct and on time to avoid any pay being held for corrections.
Pay days in January will be:
January 11th
January 25th
Notice that this means there will be three weeks between the December 21st pay day and the January 11th pay day. You will need to plan ahead for this. Providing all deadlines are met and paperwork is correct, you will receive three week's pay on January 11th and then return to the normal two week's pay on January 25th.
The Waiver box for paperwork near the front door to the Center will still be emptied on our normal schedule (10 a.m. every Monday) to keep the box from getting full over the break. Group Home paperwork will still be due to Elaine by 9 a.m. on Monday and will be collected promptly over the break. This means all paperwork during the break needs to be on time in order to be eligible for the January 11th pay day. Please don't risk going a month without pay! Be on time and be accurate!
